If you've agreed on it together, no problem for us! Even if your company isn't based in France. We'll issue the invoice in your company's name. It's common practice for remote employees. Feel free to bring it up with your HR team.
No problem! You can book a meeting room for your work session and/or choose to work together in the coworking space at a non-member guest rate of €4.25/hour excl. VAT, or €5.25/hour excl. VAT in Paris. Members on the Trail plan get 8 guest hours included.
If you're a member, you can book on your own through our internal platform, Le Refuge, and get preferential rates compared to public prices.
If you're not a member, you can book through the booking page on our website.
A registered business address is the official address of your company's head office. It's required to register a company or a sole proprietorship, and it appears on all legal documents.
Mail handling, on the other hand, is only a service for receiving your mail and making it available to you. It can't be used as a registered office.
