• A dedicated desk (or fixed desk) is a workstation reserved for one person or one team: everyone has their own spot and can leave their things there.
• A flex desk is an unassigned workstation: you pick your spot when you arrive, based on your needs.
• A private office is a closed space reserved for a single team. La Cordée doesn't offer this format: our spaces are shared, to encourage people to meet.
Your team can combine the first two options: dedicated desks for those who come in every day, flex desk memberships for everyone else.
Why La Cordée rather than a traditional office?
A traditional office means a 3-6-9-year lease, a deposit, service charges, and cleaning, internet and repairs to handle. At La Cordée, you sign a service agreement and pay an all-inclusive membership, with a single point of contact. The ideal solution for a small team that's just starting out, growing, or doesn't yet need a permanent base in a city!

No. At La Cordée, we work with a service agreement, not a commercial lease. No excessive deposit, no 3-, 6- or 9-year commitment.
Yes. We can issue a single invoice in the company's name for all of the team's desks.
There's no minimum to rent dedicated desks. Contact us to plan your project together.
Yes, our spaces are open 24/7 thanks to a secure badge system.
