Unlike flex desking, where you pick a new spot every day, a dedicated desk is a fixed workstation reserved in your name, or your team's. Leave your things, make it your own, really settle in. It's your desk, in our professional house-share.
Who are dedicated desks for?
Freelancers who come in every day and want a home base. Small teams of 2 to 10 people looking for a fully equipped workspace without signing a 3-year commercial lease. Anyone who needs stability without giving up flexibility.

The dedicated desks are located in our mezzanine under the roof, on the 1st floor, and are air-conditioned. You'll share the space with the different people who join it over time.
La Cordée is right in the heart of Lyon's 7th arrondissement, a neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. It's a ten-minute walk from the banks of the Rhône, where you can soak up the sun or go for a run, and you can enjoy your coffee on our terrace!
You can book 4 meeting rooms on your own (3, 3, 8 & 30 m²). A projector and whiteboard are available.

The dedicated desks are on the ground floor, in a bright, air-conditioned space facing Parc Chanteur. You'll share the space with the different teams who join it over time.
You'll enjoy a lively, family-friendly neighborhood surrounded by shops. La Cordée is a 2-minute walk from République-Villeurbanne metro station, but you can also bike in: there's a bike rack right across from the office.

The dedicated desks sit under our glass roof, in a quiet spot overlooking the courtyard. You'll share the glass-roof space with another team that's already settled in.
La Cordée Gare de Lyon is 500 meters from… Gare de Lyon (it lives up to its name!), 300 meters from Ledru-Rollin metro station, and opens onto a pedestrian street. It's surrounded by the Aligre market, the Coulée Verte and 1,001 restaurants!
You can book 3 meeting rooms on your own (15, 6 & 4 m²) on the lower level. A projector and whiteboard are available.

A dedicated desk is your own fixed workstation, reserved for you in our space. Flex desking means grabbing any available spot (quiet or social area) depending on what you want and need that day.
Yes, we offer setups for small teams of up to 10 people, depending on the space.
We ask for a minimum 6-month commitment, renewable.
Absolutely. Every dedicated desk membership includes 10 guest hours per month.
Your space's meeting rooms are available to book. As a La Cordée member, you can manage your bookings yourself on our internal platform, "Le Refuge," and you'll get better rates than the public prices. Pricing depends on the room size and how long you use it.
For that, we recommend signing up for our registered business address option.
Yes! As a member, you'll enjoy the same day-to-day life as our flex desk members: events, afternoon snacks, lunches together, mutual support within the community…
Yes, you can leave things on your desk, and lockers are available too. Don't forget to bring a padlock if you want extra privacy and security.
